Both the State of New Jersey and the American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI®) have established significant standards of practice for the home inspection industry. RIDGE Home Inspection acknowledges responsibility for providing an inspection that meets or exceeds these standards. In addition, Ken Salvo, President of RIDGE Home Inspection, Inc. believes in pursuing education on a continuing basis, to remain up-to-date with the latest advances in building materials and components. Each year Ken attends numerous training courses and seminars and far exceeds the minimum 20 hours of continuing education that is required by both ASHI and the New Jersey Home Inspection Advisory Committee.
